Before the Star attacks the very people who are sent to
respond to medical emergencies, perhaps it would be wise to get the
facts straight. Like hospitals, Toronto EMS are not perfect, but they
were on the scene within 23 minutes after they were dispatched,
according to Michele's article. 911 made the decision not to forward the
initial call to EMS, based upon the subject's instructions and messed
up the second call with inaccurate information! Is an apology to our
Paramedics at Toronto EMS in order?
